At Seen Opticians, we want you to love your new frames, which is why we offer a 14-day return period for all unworn eyewear in its original condition. Please note that prescription lenses are custom-made and are generally non-refundable unless a manufacturing defect is present.

Contact our customer care team or visit our online portal with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

Pack Your Frames

Carefully place the eyewear, original case, cleaning cloth, and any authenticity certificates back into the original shipping box.

Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

Quality Inspection & Refund

Once our opticians verify the condition of the return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
